Rapid City S.D. – On Friday, November 7, the Pete Lien and Sons Shooting Sports Complex had its grand opening. Several state officials were on hand the ribbon cutting .
Governor Larry Rhoden, Department of Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) Secretary Kevin Robling, GFP Project Lead John Kanta, and GFP Commission Chair Stephanie Rissler were available for interview following the opening of the complex.
The ribbon cutting took place at 4:00 p.m.
Governor Rhoden cut the ribbon with a bullseye shot on the Complex Rifle Range to the cheers of the large crowd on hand., Friday, November 7.
Pete Lien and Sons Shooting Sports Complex is located at 14514 Bill Janklow Rd. Piedmont, SD 57769 From I-90, take Exit 61. Go north on Elk Vale Road for approximately 11 miles to Bill Janklow Rd. The shooting complex is located on the east side of Elk Vale Rd. off Bill Janklow Rd.
